Terms & Conditions

This website introduces wedding film editing and colour-grading services. Sending an enquiry through the contact form does not reserve a date or create a service contract. A project is agreed separately in writing, including its scope, deliverables, fees and timing.

Website information may change. Third-party names, marks, video links and content remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and terms.

Privacy Policy

Who is responsible? Paul Stretton, based in Geneva, Switzerland. For privacy questions, email paul@weddingfilmeditor.com.

Contact enquiries. The contact form asks for your first name, last name, email address and project details. I use that information to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to communicate about the project.

Form provider. The contact form is configured for Netlify Forms. Netlify’s Forms service makes submissions available in the site’s Forms tab for review and deletion, and its documentation describes spam filtering. Netlify processes submitted information on my behalf under its Data Processing Agreement; see also its form-submission information and current sub-processor list.

External website resources. This page loads fonts from Google Fonts. The portfolio page also loads animation scripts from jsDelivr and thumbnail images from YouTube’s image host. If you choose to play a film, a player loads from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. When your browser requests these resources, the providers may receive standard connection information such as your IP address, browser details and the requested resource. Retention and requests. Enquiries are kept while they are needed to respond and, where relevant, to manage resulting work and business records. You can email me with a request to access, correct or delete information connected with your enquiry; legal record-keeping requirements may affect deletion.

Some external providers may process technical information outside Switzerland. Their linked privacy information describes their own processing and applicable safeguards.

Cookies Policy

The current website code does not set or read first-party cookies, use browser storage, or include analytics or advertising tags. The portfolio video player loads only after you choose to play a film and uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. YouTube says views in this mode are not used to personalise YouTube recommendations or ads; the player may still process data under YouTube’s policies.

The hosting platform and external resource providers may use essential technologies or process technical logs under their own policies. See the provider information in the Privacy Policy. If the site later adds non-essential cookies or tracking, this notice will be updated and a preference choice will be provided where required.
